I am familiar with it because this was part of my Spanish lesson when I was in my final year at high school (secondary school) from 2010 to 2011. My teacher was teaching me and my fellow classmates Spanish as part of school Curriculum for Spanish lessons despite from year 7 to year 11, I had always learnt about the French language for French lesson.

So this had inspired me to go on holiday independently when I visited Spain few years ago in the summer of 2018 with Spanish phrasebook and Spanish dictionary.

When I first learn Spanish, it was the basics and then the other words (that is not simply basic), vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence, grammar & the punctuation of the Spanish language. Mostly, I know the basics of the Spanish language & that I would communicate in Spanish by saying the phrases easily. At least with Google translate & other sites & apps, it is much easier to translate into any language than just only using a phrasebook or dictionary. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈπŸ™‚

Spanish language is part of the romance language alongside French, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian. it is the world’s second most spoken native languages. As we know, it is spoken in 20 countries. Latin American countries, Equatorial Guinea & Spain. Even some countries that there are Spanish speakers like the Philippines & the United States.

This is the basics of the Spanish language that I know of. Basically that I know are common Spanish phrases. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜€

Hola = Hello

Adios = Goodbye

Bienvenidos = Welcome

Como Estas = How are you?

Amgio = Friend

If it is a female friend then it is called Amiga

Hasta La Vista = See You later.

Example: Hasta La Vista Baby. Made famously by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the film Terminator 2

Me Gusta = I like it

Si = Yes

Gracias = thank you

De nada = you are welcome

Loco or loca = crazy

Por favor = please

Bueno Dias = good morning

Bueno = well

The list goes on. That is I can think of & all that I added was the ones that I was taught at my high school. Probably I may not recall that much of what I learned but I know it is easy for me to familiarise of what I have learned while being taught in Spanish lessons as part of the school curriculum. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ

At the end of the day, it is all about being fluent in any Foreign language and that is a good thing of learning languages. Whether is in school, work or hobby out of interest. I also previously wrote a blog post about it. mrlimitless95.blogspot.com Knowing the language can be easy and hard.
