It is now been a week already since I last talked about Afghanistan. Afghanistan: The nation in horrifyingly trouble
Since I published my blog post, Taliban (terror group who have no regards to human rights & women’s rights) have took over Kabul after gaining grounds everywhere in the country. It really did shocked the world. Taliban barbarians in the control of power as the Afghan President had left the country.
I have seen enough of heartbreaking news coverage about the nation on TV, Internet & social media given it really does desperately need help from the international community.
I said in my previous blog post that I do support the withdrawal (US withdrawal from Afghanistan in the non chaotic and reckless way). Unfortunately, Joe Biden (US President) didn’t really handled it well. No wonder his approval rating have dropped. reuters.com
It is true that American troops alongside British troops and NATO troops cannot be in Afghanistan forever. At least most of NATO troops including the UK is already withdrawn from Afghanistan. No chaos. Yet, when the US withdraws from the war torn country (Afghanistan) & didn’t do anything like helping & training the Afghan army, Taliban gains every single provincial cities and towns in Afghanistan which was music to their ears.
It is very sad. America shouldn’t had invaded Afghanistan in the first place. We know Afghanistan & Iraq are not responsible of September 11 attacks 20 years ago. What have America, Britain & NATO done for the last 20 years other than the eradication of Al Qaeda & Bin Laden? None. Even Biden said admittedly that the United States is not there in Afghanistan for “nation building”. google.co.uk
No wonder Taliban was in power before. Now after 20 years, they are back. Fall of Kabul. Joe Biden mishandling the situation while UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Rabb was on holiday. Afghanistan has the history of foreign occupations: everything from the British empire to the Soviet Union to the United States. Even the Roman Empire. What’s next? China? I don’t think so & that shouldn’t really be the case. Invading & occupying the country like Afghanistan is very impossible.
So that is my rant on the ongoing development in Afghanistan now there is a humanitarian catastrophe happening already & that some of Afghans have already left the country.

I really do feel sorry for the people of Afghanistan. My thoughts and prayers goes out to them. 🇦🇫😔🙏
The country is really in the crisis. I hope someday, Afghanistan will be the peaceful & stable country. No Taliban rule, no foreign intervention by the US or any foreign country. Peaceful, normal & stable country. I pray that the day will one day come. For now, Afghan people really do need help from all of us regardless whether we live in the world.
