Latest update about my travel unravel legal challenge & me having no faith in justice
In August during the summer time, I have not posted any blog posts all because of my legal challenge against Travel Unravel (Travel Unravel Private Holidays Limited).
In fact when I received the latest developments about it, I was not happy with the court at all.
But first, I’ll start with three recent developments. One in June, one in July and one in August.
June 2022
My June development on my legal challenge against Travel Unravel since it has been few months now.
Here is the new development from the court regarding my legal challenge against Travel Unravel private holidays (the company who defrauded me January 2021 last year regarding the flight ticket I purchased for my dad’s friend which was never issued).
I received the letter from the court (Clerkenwell and Shoreditch county court) as I received on Monday 20th June 2022.
I wondered to myself what were they talking about given i sent my amended statement against Travel Unravel in late March few months ago as an reply to their defence letter after myself & my dad lost the court motion against Barclays Bank on 8th February 2022 this year.
Anyways I would have to download the questionnaire form. Form N180 & to have it completed before 16th July next month in four weeks from now. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1079639/N180_Final_Form.pdf
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track
So that I was the June development regarding my legal challenge.
July 2022
My July development regarding my legal challenge against Travel Unravel.
Couple of days (now nearly a week ago) after seeing my dad (who used to be a lawyer & acts as my legal representative) last Sunday (now two weeks ago) at his home, he completed the N180 questionnaire form & sent to the court. These were the info that my dad have provided including his name. For safety and confidential reasons, I will not attach the photos of the court papers but I can say that questionnaires (small claims track form) where my dad had ticked were all marked “no”.
I really hope that I don’t get to 2023 & I still in the court battle against the fraudulent travel agency who defrauded me in January last year 2021. I really do hope if I do win, they’ll pay for the damages in legal fees. No wonder it was very selfish for Travel Unravel’s lawyer describing Nigeria (which I paid on my dad’s behalf for a friend of his by the name of Helen who was not very good friend to my father) as “high risk” country as their way to cover their tracks. Country problems has never got to my legal challenge against Travel Unravel fraudsters. It is always about why they defraud me regarding the flight ticket which it was never issued.
Furthermore, during the period in July, myself and my dad had amended the claims form to make a request to the court to remove Barclays Bank as the second defendant given I lost my motion against them on 7th February 2022 at Barnet county court in Finchley (Finchley Central) on telephone hearing so it wouldn’t had make any logical sense for my dad & myself to keep pursing against them (Barclays Bank) as the defendant & that we (myself and dad) made a decision to carry on pursuing a lawsuit (court battle) against the company who defrauded me in January 2021 with a flight ticket that was not issued.
Plus, I also received the letter from the court that the questionnaire form (General forms of judgement or order) to say that the same form (Small Claims Form) where my dad (ex lawyer who acts as my legal representative) it had been sent to both defendants: Travel Unravel and Barclays Bank (which that shouldn’t be included only the first defendant - Travel Unravel).
And the final section of my recent development report was few months ago in August. Which I was not happy with the court.
August 2022
My August development regarding my legal challenge.
The court had returned my application (as I was not quite happy as it was a “no”) that we (myself & my father) submitted couple of weeks ago in July to them. They didn’t even read to our request other than just returning the application documents back to me at my home address, claiming they were “confused” given our request is to remove Barclays Bank as an second defendant as we lost our court motion challenge against them earlier this year in February.
As the result of it, I wrote the letter back to them to say with clarification with me and my dad seeking permission from the court to remove the second defendant (Barclays bank).
I hoped during this period that the court doesn’t try to bottle it (mess up) given what we (myself and my dad) want is a genuine process. Our request of removing Barclays Bank (the second defendant) as it is just us and the first defendant (Travel Unravel fraudsters) & to be done with so that I can deserve of having justice. Instead since I posted my letter to the court, I have not heard from them since then.
Conclusion
I have no faith in the justice system (the court system). Since August, I haven’t heard anything from them.
Ever since I lost my motion to Barclays in February this year and the court didn’t even bothered to response and approve my default judgment against Travel Unravel (at the time until the last minute in early this year, didn’t bothered to give responses. Not even a remorse) prior to my court hearing on 7th February 2022 (which of course, the court didn’t called me on my phone number other than just my dad) as I wrote about it one day before the court hearing via telephone The court have not done a properly job to go after Travel Unravel fraudsters (the fraudulent travel company) who defrauded me on 15th January 2021 with the issue that I paid on the website called “MyFlightPal” = registered by Travel Unravel Private Holidays Limited on my dad’s behalf for his friend (which was not a good friend to my dad) with the ticket that was not issued and illegally held my money (the money that my dad sent to my Barclays account & my own bank failed to acknowledge it & put me in overdraft a month later after reporting it as an fraudulent transaction). The judge from Barnet county court on 7th February naively concluded that there was “no fraud” despite me and my dad do indeed have a definitive proof.
Apart from massive court backlogs due to the coronavirus pandemic when it first impacted in 2020 & last year 2021, I am beginning to realise that myself and my dad have made a mistake to pursue a legal court challenge. I even suggested to my dad prior to launching a legal challenge in March 2021 that we could had contacted the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) or financial ombudsman. That would had been a much better solution instead of going for a lawsuit with no certainty whether we can get justice & having a money back. I was not even sure about the decision that my dad made with me (as it was his idea based on his expertise with the law as he was a lawyer). With us, suing Travel Unravel for damages given it is no longer about the fraudulent transaction other than they illegally held £522.23 that I paid on 15th January 2021, worse of all, they (Travel Unravel) are listed on the Companies House website. Just look at it Unbelievable. I am not impressed with the government for not taking care of civilians when it comes to all types of fraud (scam). How sad is that? A dodgy company registered on Companies house. I’ll have to talk more for the next blog post (so stick around for that).
The bottom line is that nowadays I no longer give a damn about my court case challenge against Travel Unravel & if the court doesn’t even want to acknowledge the true deceptive nature of Travel Unravel & struck out my case like they did earlier this year with my court motion against Barclays Bank, let them. I wouldn’t be surprised if I wait for another year of court battle against fraudulent travel agency who defrauded everyone & has very bad reputation. The reviews does not lie & the facts does not lie. I first covered in depth about how fraudulent are Travel Unravel Private Holidays Limited
I am tired of this crap. I don’t even want to waste anymore time and energy about it. Nowadays I am quite busy in my own personal life (& so is my dad) & I do not want to think about them or waste my energy on them given the court have not written letters back to me and my dad.
And that is all I can say about my legal challenge for now.

My take on Mini Budget & Lizz Truss
My take on the new PM Liz Truss
Hi everybody
For the last few weeks during the Queen’s passing, I have not done any blogging on my blog since my My recent blog post on the Conservative leadership election 2022 between Liz Truss & Rishi Sunak. Since then, the official results had confirmed what everyone & media outlets have expected all along. Liz Truss winning the Tory leadership race against Rishi Sunak on 5th September 2022 earlier this month by a smaller margin. So yeah. 4th Conservative Prime Minister since 2010 in the past 6 years. All I can say is don’t expect anything better from Liz Truss & the whole new Tory administration. They are the same people who used to work in No 10 (10 Downing Street) with three previous Prime Ministers: David Cameron, Theresa May and Boris Johnson.
So that is my take on the new Prime Minister of the UK. Let’s talk about the mini budget that has been in the news recently. Especially with the mini budget statement being addressed in the House of Commons on Friday by the new Chancellor of the Exchequer Kwasi Kwarteng.
My take on the mini budget statement
The mini budget address on Friday being delivered by the new chancellor in the House of Commons was not great. Kwasi Kwarteng (the chancellor) laid out the plans what the government will do in terms of growing the British economy under Liz Truss. One of the measures how to deal with the current situation (inflation & cost of living crisis) were controversial to the extent that I knew that is not going to help ordinary people. In addition to the announcement made by the Chancellor, the pound plummeted so low
This has got to be the worst budget statement ever. Tax cuts, forcing benefit claimants to work or to be sanctioned, removing the cap on banker’s bonuses, etc. All is Liz Truss’s stupid economic policy. Trickle down economics & Kwasi Kwarteng talks of “new era”.
The Tories have been in power for the last 12 years. From 2010 to now. Austerity, Brexit, Covid & the current situation (cost of living crisis). All in four Tory PMs & 6 chancellors. Just wait until everybody gets to have a hard time of paying bills (particularly energy bills) in wintertime.
Food banks have been growing since 2010 & now there might be the rise of warm banks by winter. This is very sad. As always, the Conservatives really has no shame. Even Liz Truss admitted that her trickle down economic policy will be unpopular when she was interviewed by Sky News political editor Beth Rigby couple of days ago & indeed, it is unpopular. Liz Truss’s economic policy.
No wonder the start of Liz Truss premiership is her ludicrous plan to implement tax cuts for the rich who are so privileged & wealthy, while the poor & the middle class (particularly the working class) doesn’t get any chances for the pay rise since we are in very difficult economic situation including the fact that the Bank of England had recently increased the interest rate from 1.75% to 2.25% by 0.50% and warned that the UK may already be in an recession
Well guys, next time when general election does come around within two years time, I would say this as an recommendation & that is not to give a vote to the Tories.
They (Conservatives) have torn the nation apart with Brexit & undermining the UK’s reputation in the world & implemented austerity measures that contributed to the the rise of food banks & there are more of them than McDonald’s restaurants in this country and the appalling altitude of the DWP treating benefit claimants unfairly and the list goes on. Including the last PM (Boris Johnson) who was the worst Prime Minister ever in Britain.
With the mini budget being delivered on Friday & the pound is still low against the dollar (at the time of writing today, the pound is once more down in the stock market in a historic low). the markets didn’t liked Mini Budget being delivered by the new chancellor & yet, he is not that bothered and neither is the new Prime Minister. Liz Truss’s economic policy is madness.
So that is all I can say on mini budget statement.Sunday, 4 September 2022
My take on Tory leadership election
So throughout the summer, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak have been campaigning hard everywhere in the United Kingdom in the race to become the next Conservative leader & the next Prime Minister to replace the outgoing and unpopular Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
So tomorrow there will be the next Conservative/Tory leader & the PM to succeed the outgoing PM Boris Johnson who have not been popular with the British public, here’s my analysis on the leadership election. Based on my opinion.
So since that the UK is multicultural country. Unfortunately for the Conservative Party. most of the members doesn’t want him Rishi Sunak (who is Indian by descent) to be the next PM.
One. They see him (Rishi Sunak) as a backstabber for brining down Prime Minister Boris Johnson when he stepped down as the Chancellor of the Exchequer before other cabinet ministers which it had recorded more than 50 cabinet ministers to step down from the govt. All because of this scandal
https://inews.co.uk/news/politics/boris-johnson-resigned-why-prime-minister-quit-chris-pincher-scandal-mp-resignations-1729346
Even the Covid 19 partygate scandal had tarnished the reputation of Boris Johnson & the government. Even Sunak himself given he used to be popular once he became the Chancellor before the pandemic in 2020.
2. Conservative (Tory) members are mostly white, middle aged (& elderly = older particularly 60+) and racist (160k of them plus some Tory members used to be an member of extreme far right parties) despite the party itself claims they have diverse politicians but wouldn’t want any of them to be the first PM from ethnicity minority background. That explains why Liz Truss is the favourite to win the Tory leadership. No wonder ethnic minority voters here in this country always doesn’t give a vote to the Conservatives & that they always vote Labour.
3. Rishi Sunak is not popular. Most of cabinet ministers who are loyal to the outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson, strongly disliked Sunak cos they see him as a traitor for stepping down as the Chancellor last month (July) from the cabinet which opinion polls shows that he will not win the leadership election against Liz Truss. So it is likely the next UK PM & Conservative leader will be woman for third time since Theresa May and Margaret Thatcher. Two UK female PMs & Tory leaders.
And 4. Sunak’s own scandals.
His wife is richer than the Queen & that she pays no tax (nom dom tax) & the revelations that he holds US green card. That really undermined Sunak’s popularity as an politician & even his chances of being the favourite to be Boris Johnson’s successor just before Boris Johnson stepped down last month.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-61044847.amp
& recently he build his own swimming pool in his home constituency while local swimming pools were shut. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/rishi-sunak-builds-private-pool-27619489.amp
And he admitted when he was a chancellor that he took money from deprived areas in the UK https://amp.theguardian.com/politics/2022/aug/05/video-emerges-of-rishi-sunak-admitting-to-taking-money-from-deprived-areas
As for Liz Truss, the Iron Lady wannabe, she has her own controversies too.
Every thing from joking whether France is a friend or foe by saying “the jury’s out” which was outrageous for her given she is the UK Foreign Secretary which she should had known better to saying that British workers “more graft” & suggesting to ignore Nicola Sturgeon (First Minister of Scotland) by describing her as “attention seeker”.
It is clear to me that the next Tory leader & the Prime Minister will not be better. Just like it was not better when Boris Johnson became the PM three years ago in 2019, succeeding Theresa May or in 2016 when Theresa May who became the PM, succeeding David Cameron over the Brexit referendum results that was held 6 years ago. The referendum that was not necessary.
With the cost of living crisis, inflation & the impact of Brexit, Covid and 12 years of austerity, whether Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss is the next PM & Tory leader by tomorrow, the Conservatives under three PMs & soon to have 4th PM since 2010, have really tarnished the UK’s reputation in the world stage. We got two or three more years until the next general election. No wonder now the Tories are not leading the polls. So let’s see how it will go with the new PM whether is Sunak or Truss. Only time will tell.
