Short blog post
Almost a month ago i published my my rant on GP e consult
Well since then, last week my local GP surgery have been opened for the first time in 18 months (March 2020 - one year and half) since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Although e consult is still in use, this is what I was talking about. GPs around the country & the world have to be there for their patients. Given I first talked about Advantages and disadvantages about GP E consultation
If GPs cannot be there for all of us as patients then what is the point of having a GP surgeries? We need them for our health and our wellbeing.
So to see my local GP being open, I can accept the fact there will be no more of going to GP to book for appointment via walk in. However, e consult cannot be the only option. The other option is booking appointment via telephone. It is much easier than waiting in the queue (line) or answering questions that some of it are not appropriately good.
I rest my case here for now about GP e consult.
